SMG High Speed Mixer is the core equipment for solid dosage production lines, widely used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, and suitable for mixing powder with liquid additives. The cylinder chamber features rounded corner transition and is equipped with a rounded discharge valve. Adopting precision machining technology, the clearance between mixing paddle and cylinder wall can be controlled at approximately 1 mm to eliminate mixing blind zones and realize dead-space-free mixing.
Materials are fed into the mixing chamber through the feeding system and form multi-dimensional turbulence driven by the mixing paddle. Flow baffles installed on the inner wall of the cylinder promote sufficient convection and collision of materials to improve mixing performance. Liquid additives are evenly sprayed into the chamber via spray guns. It adapts to two working conditions: when sufficient liquid is added to powder, uniform wet granules can be produced; when trace liquid is added, the liquid can also be evenly dispersed into the powder.
The mixing mechanism and cutting mechanism support independent speed regulation. Non-standard customization is available, and wear-resistant coating or metal isolation coating can be added inside the cylinder as required.
