The Column Lifting Mixer consists of two series: HTD Column Lifting Bin Mixer and SGTH Double-column Lifting Bin Mixer. It is a closed material mixing equipment applicable to pharmaceutical, chemical, food and health care product industries, and the whole machine complies with GMP specifications.
Integrated with automatic lifting, rotary mixing and material transfer functions, the equipment can be matched with multiple turnover bins to realize continuous production of multiple varieties and batches. The bin adopts a dead-angle-free structural design. Rotary motion generates sufficient convection and shear of materials, effectively preventing material stratification and delivering excellent mixing uniformity.
The HTD single cantilever model features compact footprint and enables on-line direct discharging to reduce material transfer and cross-contamination. The SGTH double-column gantry model boasts higher load capacity, stable operation with low vibration, and is suitable for floor installation. After mixing, it can connect with material trolleys for on-site subpackaging. Equipped with an integrated safety protection system and automatic control, the machine can be expanded with weighing modules and connected to PLC systems to simplify production procedures and reduce labor intensity. Specifications of the two series cover lab test, pilot test and mass production. Custom selection can be made according to workshop space and production capacity requirements.
