Simple Powder Production Line Process
This plan is designed to address the powder material processing from feeding to packing, which is widely used in food, feed, and similar industries. It provides a simple production line integrating manual unpacking, vacuum conveying, mixing, and semi-automatic packaging. Characterized by easy operation, wide adaptability, and compact process, the line can meet the standardized processing requirements for small and medium-batch powder materials.
Configuration:
Dumping station; vacuum feeder; ribbon mixer; movable hopper; vacuum feeder; packing machine; sealing machine.
Operation process:
1.Material are poured into a dumping station, and conveyed to the mixer by vacuum feeder.
2.Mixing for around 15mins and discharge into a hopper.
3.Material in the hopper transferred to the packing machine by vacuum feeder.
4.The empty mixer can be fed material again by the dumping station and vacuum feeder.
5.Final product will be packed by a semi-automatic packing machine into the bag of 10kg/15kg/20kg/25kg/30kg
6.The bag will be sealed or sewed by sealing machines.
