Powder Spherical Valve

Introduction:

The new spherical structural valve is used in all kinds of powder and granule line. The feature is to maximize the discharging port in the limited space. It can realize fast discharging, when the valve is open, the rotate yielding spherical surface and its supporting structure hide in the valve body, staggering the discharging track and making sure fully discharge.

The spherical structural can replace plum blossom valve, butterfly valve, and flap valve, and be installed on the bottom of the conical mixer.

Better sealing than plum blossom valve.
Maximizing the discharging area, and making no discharging dead zone.
Smaller mixing dead zone than ball valve and butterfly valve.
Better in preventing arching than butterfly valve.

Spherical ball valve can replace the ball valve in traditional process, can be used in liquid, slurry vacuum, and low pressure cases.
